Denis Dubourdieu is a well-known enologist in Bordeaux. He owns and takes care of his father’s estate: Doisy-Daëne, Cantegril and Château Reynon. One of his most interesting companies is CLOS FLORIDENE. The Graves region has long been in the shadow of Pessac Leognan. Denis Dubourdieu proves that the south of the region has a remarkable for quality as well.
The 30 ha vineyard was bought and renovated in 1982. He introduces Sauvignon blanc as a grape variety, while keeping Sémillon as well. He is considered one of the best white wine specialists. The clos Floridene has an important aromatic purity and a more complex than powerful style.
