Champagne Dosnon et Lepage
The domain lies on 2 ha in the south of Champagne region, in Avirey-Lingey. The production relies also on 5 more ha of other vineyards.
Dosnon & Lepage is very keen on environmental subject, as a young Champagne House.
They are connected to www.onepercentfortheplanet.org/fr/and leave 1% of their sales to environment causes, via this website.
They also chose to grow vine reasonably : with grass on the vineyard, ploughed lands and no chemicals. It also is a 5 year-old oak barrels’ vinification.
Pinot noir and Chardonnay are the main grape varieties. As the Champagne grows old, it gets thinner, with a fruit aroma.
“The recolte noir” remains the most representative of the Dosnon & Lepage Domain. It is made out of 100% of pinot noir.
