Champagne Salon

The House of Champagne Salon was founded in 1911 by Eugène-Aimé Salon.
His love for the champagne and his very demanding personality combine together to produce an exceptional « Blanc de Blancs », initially exclusively produced for its personal use.
The House belongs nowadays to the « Laurent-Perrier » brand.

The estate is situated in Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the « Côte des Blancs ».
There, 2 sister-Houses, Salon et Delamotte, farm a vineyard « 100% grand cru », where the « Chardonnay » offers all the delicacy of its freshness.
Since the beginning, only the vintages of a perfect quality are sold, after an ageing of 8 to 10 years. Preservation of the terroir, respect of traditions, will of perfection, those are the master words of a team whose aim is to maintain a rigorous know-how in order to produce an exceptional champagne, much sought-after by all connoisseurs.
