Situated right in the heart of the « garrigue », on the hills of Carcassonne, in the Cabardès region, the vineyard of Cabrol has been in existence since the 16th century.
On the 21 hectares of the vineyard, each grape-variety is planted on the part of the soil which is most suited for its cultivation.
This original and unique method helps each grape-variety to reveal all its specificity.

Regularly awarded by famous wines guides, the wines of the Cabrol estate are typical of the Cabardès region ; offering a perfect balance between power and fruitiness. A successful blend of Atlantic grape- varieties (merlot, cabernet sauvignon et franc, cot et fer servadou) and Mediterranean ones (syrah et grenache) !
