This 25 hectares vineyard is located in Lenthéric, in the department of Hérault, in the Faugères appellation.
Didier Barral, who has managed the vineyard since 1993, is a staunch supporter of biodiversity, which is essential for the fertility of the soil. His agricultural methods aim to preserve the terroir and completely exclude the use of herbicides and pesticides.
Clearly taking his inspiration in the Bio and the Biodynamy practices, the « Barral philosophy » wants to return to traditional methods, respecting the environment, in order to produce a unique wine, coming from a well-balanced soil.
