The old vines of the Rimbert estate stretch over 30 hectares, located in the Languedoc Roussillon region (south of France), right in the heart of the AOC St Chinian. Jean-Marie Rimbert has planted his vineyard in 1996 and since then produces remarkable wines, representative of the schist soil of Berlou.
Careful to preserve a terroir he values very much, Jean-Marie Rimbert has made the choice of an Integrated Pest Management agriculture, and farms his vineyard with respect to the soil and environment. His cellar dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and offers a natural climatisation, far away from all technology. The wines, made from fully matured grapes, are naturally full of expression.
The renown of the vineyard Rimbert keeps growing, both nationally and internationally.
