Loire ValleyDomaine Michel Cordaillat

The Cordaillat vineyard stretches over 2 villages : Reuilly and Chéry.

Three different grape varieties are planted on the estate : 65% Sauvignon Blanc, é(% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Gris that will be used to produce rosé.

Chantal and Michel Cordaillat bring a particular care to their vines : paying great respect to the soil and the environment is one of their main priority.

Since a few years, a tower against frost has been set on one part of the vineyard and guarantees within limits a regular yield.

The South East facing vines are located in the driest part of the area. Vinification is thermoregulated and realised in the best sanitary and techniques conditions as well as bottling.
