On this vineyard of 4 hectares, located in the heart of the « côte Rôtie », Bernard Burgaud farms with traditional methods the vine planted with Syrah grape varieties, a long way from all industrial logic.
This small vineyard produces red wines with a strong personality, results of a perfect combination between the soil, the grape variety and the love of the winegrower.
Bernard Burgaud has chosen to leave the wines express the particularity of their vintage by themselves.
An early bottling, after 15 months of maturation, gives the wine its great potential of ageing, but the wines of the Burgaud vineyard are also perfect to be drunk young, thus offering all their power and fruitiness.
