Drink it slightly fresh (10-12°C): you’re close to perfection!

Either drink it on the spot or keep in your cellar for 10 years

Perfect for gastronomic meals such as sea food (lobster), white meats (chicken)
Product Info

Cépage : 60 % of Pinot Noir, 40% of Chardonnay

Terroir : 75% of Grands Crus and 25% of First Crus

Rendement : 12kg/ha

Vinification : It is an old oak barrels vinification. After being pourred into bottles, the foaming and the slow maturing of the wine are under the protection of the cork to avoid oxidation and preserve freshness. Wine maturing on dregs lasts at least 6 years and sometimes more. After manual stirring, Bollinger Grande Année has a low level of sugar: 7 to 9 gr of sugar per litre.
