Description

Result of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines, « R » de Ruinart is a golden champagne, lively and fruity with subtle white fruits aromas. Its rich aromas will be fully revealed with refined dishes such as sauté scallops.

Sight : Bright and crystal clear yellow colour, with golden glints. Nosing : A delicate, fresh and fruity nose, with pear, dried fruits and floral (acacia) hints. Tasting : A lively entry leads to a remarkably well-balanced palate, with a nice roundness and ripe fruits aromas. The finish is long and persistent.
