    Denis Dubourdieu is really keen on making Clos Floridène and he does it very well. Thanks to his work, the Graves appellation is rising and competes with its neighbour Péssac-Léognan.

    The red wine Clos Floridène is original by its combination of Cabernet-sauvignon on calcareous soil. It has an intense and bright color. Its aromas are: wild strawberry, blackcurrant, a touch of mint, liquorice and smoke. Its fruity and tanninly flavours are strong, silky and fresh.

    You can drink with duck's 'aiguillettes', lamb or tender beef.
