Sight : Pale gold colour, crystal clear wine with fine bubbles. Nosing : The bouquet is complex, with white flower aroma. After agitating the wine, candied fruits notes emerge (citrus fruits, apricot, quince). Tasting : In the mouth, the wine is complex, clear-cut and pure, perfectly well-balanced with a silky smoothness. It has a lively and well structured finish.
