2 - Delivery information

All our packages are delivered by professional carriers who meet the requirements necessary for your order processing.

Track your order online in the "customer's section".

Protective packaging : every bottle and jar is packed carefully with appropriate materials.

Receipt of packages : check parcels carefully upon arrival. Do not hesitate to refuse them if they show the slightest sign of breakage. Or if in doubt, write a comment on your delivery note before unpacking them entirely to check their content. If such precautions have not been taken, we will not be held responsible for the replacement of the damaged goods.

Tracking your order : as soon as your order is being processed, we send you an email to confirm the delivery note, the terms and the number corresponding to your package.

Delivery time : the delivery time listed usually ranges from 48 hours to 7 days maximum.
