    The Henri Giraud Ratafia is from Champagne…

    This sweet alchemy was discovered and made since the 13th century. Ratafia allows us to taste voluptous transformed grape juices. It is made thanks to an ancestral method as ancient as salt meat. The principles of the solera method is to mix together different vintages and let them grow old, as Portos. Slowly but surely, the fruiter juices are taken from the best barrels and settled in oak barrels, combined with some Pinot Noir d’Aÿ.

    Drink it on the spot

    It is a wonderful smooth texture that owns complex aromas. You can drink it all meal-long. With foies gras, meat confits (tagine or game meat with fruits) fatty French cheeses (as Langres, Maroilles, Livarot, Munster, Epoisses…) with jam or Cantal and Tomme; but also with different desserts and as a digestive with sweets.
