Domaine Borie la Vitarèle

« This « Cuvée des Cigales » will delight your palate. The vineyard of « Borie La Vitarèle » works with organic farming techniques ; biodynamic preparations, plants and herbal tisane treatments, with very little addition of copper and sulphur. The manual harvest is selected and vinification is natural without chemical yeasts. This «Cuvée des Cigales » is made of 50% Merlot and 50% Grenache, issued from different soils of the estate.

These two grape varieties, known to produce wines with a nice roundness, produce a wine to be drunk young to appreciate its fabulous fruity and garrigue feel.
