Rhum BARBANCOURT

« 15 Years » No sooner has it arrived than it left ! The Brabancourt distillery is located in Haïti, in the fertile plain of « Cul-de-Sac », nearby the Dominican Republic frontier. Those rums are made directly from sugar cane juice, which gives them their specificity. The special « Réserve du Domaine » is produced in very limited quantities, it often needs to be booked in advance.

Nosing : Complex with candied citrus fruits and rancio aromas, along with tannic hint. Tasting : A full-bodied entry leads to a rich and aromatic palate with cooked fruits, cinnamon and pear flavours. The finish is very long, with citrus fruits and spices notes.
