Gin
Gin can be classified in different categories :
First, ‘Gin’, as mentionned, is a combination of multiple food alcohols with aromas, coloring agents and sugar. The level of alcohol is a 37.5 °.
Then, ‘Distilled Gin’ which must be distilled in traditionnal stills with natural aromas only.
Finally, ‘London Distilled Gin’ which is a much better distillation, in traditional stills with natural aromas, without no further addition after wards. Only sugar can be added in a minimum dosage to obtain less alcohol. London Distilled Gin doesn’t have to be London-made, of course!
