Tequila
Tequila is an alcohol produced in Mexico, from blue agave.The plant must live 7 years before it can be cut. The core of the plant (la pina) is cooked then ground before being fermented.
"Pulque" is gained, as a first draft. A slightly alcoholic drink which used to be traditional at the Aztecs'. After a second distillation, the Tequila is produced.
"Tequila"’s appellation covers an area in Jalisco state, few towns in the Nayarit, Michoacán, Guanajuato and Tamaulipas states.
