Liqueur's wines, or "vin de liqueur",-different from natural sweet wines-, are gained from must fermented with alcohol. The quality of the final product  will rely on juice's quality, alcohol used (beetroot's alcohol; wine eau de vie; grape marc) and technics used to let the wine get older.

If apple must and Calvados alcohol are mixed together, the result will be Pommeau de Normandie.

If grape must and Cognac alcohol are mixed together, the result will be Pineau des Charentes.
