Natural sweet wineLa Préceptorie de Centernach
This original vineyard brings together winegrowers from Maury with the Parcé family. The name of the estate « La Préceptorie de Centernach » refers to the Knights Templar little foundation established on the pilgrimages roads.
The 14 hectares of vines are located in the Fenouillèdes, North-West of « Pyrénées Orientales » department.
Here again, like in the sister vineyard of « La Rectorie », enhancement of the fruit and research of freshness are the master words of the production.
