Description
The Malt Whisky of Michel Couvreur is a blend of single malts aged between 12 and 27 years in oak barrels. It is produced from a malted barley must, with the Charentais distillation process (like Cognac). This whisky is a balanced combination of the vivacity of young pure malts with the maturity of the oldest ones.
Eye : Amber beige colour. The nose reveals notes of dried flowers, mild tobacco, Jerez wine and almonds. The palate is fruity, powerful, with a nice length.
