Product Info

Cépage : 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan, 10% Mourvèdre.

Terroir : Sol argilo-calcaire.

Vinification : It is a traditional vinification. Remains in tank for a long time (3 to 4 weeks). We careffully press onto the must to let mix and color the wine progressively.

Elevage : Sur lies et ce pendant 9 mois.
