Whisky LABROT ET GRAHAM

« A great bourbon from a small distillery ! » Produced in the smallest, oldest and... slowest of the 9 distilleries of the Kentuchy, this Woodford Reserve is the result of a rigorous selection of the very best barrels from the distillery. Labrot and Graham differs from other American distilleries by using cyprus fermentation vats, copper stills, and triple distillation. It has won gold medals in San Francisco in 2000, 2001 and 2002.

Eye : Deep amber colour with orange glints. Oily in appearance. Nose : The nose is discreet at the beginning, it then offers delicacy and finesse, with notes of red fruit, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla and liquorice. Palate : The palate is supple, well melted and smooth throughout the tasting. The finish is sweet and spicy, with a nice ginger touch.
