Domaine Olivier Cousin

The 12 hectares estate, located south of Angers in Martiné-Briand, is farmed by Olivier Cousin, a staunch supporter of Organic Farming and ancestral traditions. Olivier Cousin acts on the strengh of his convictions and the memory of his grandfather wine-grower and perpetuates the traditional methods of farming as they were at the beggining of the 20th century.Here, we plough and we harvest with a horse from Franche-Comté and a mare from Brittany, a long way from all industrial logic.

The production has an Organic certification, guaranteed without sulphur or yeast.The climate, the selection of grape varieties, the agricultural methods and the know-how of Olivier Cousin combine together to produce wines of great quality with a strong personality.
