Traditional rum from Reunion This traditional rum of the Reunion is made from molasses (the thick black liquid that remains after all the commercially producible sugar has been recovered). This « Grande Reserve » has been matured during 8 years in oak casks. This rum is rich, complex and light-bodied ; It will age perfectly.

Sight : Deep amber color Nosing : Complex, with fruit, vanilla ank cooked caramel aromas. The first taste is smooth, followed by a complex body, where vanilla, brown sugar and cooked fruit flavours can be detected along with a rancio note. Then a combination of pepper and ginger flavours make this rum richer.
